I, Jessica Parker was born in Bogotá, Colombia on 7th November 1976. I lost my family in a very young age and since then I used to live with my stepfamily until I was 16. Because of the disturbance in my personal life and lack of attention from some one responsible to look after me and to take care of my personal matters, I was forced to give up my education after middle school. However, I had a flare to make advancements in the field of education and wanted to achieve higher education. My efforts, after a long journey of struggle, finally started paying me back, when I finally succeeded in building my own home. Around nine years back, I got married to an admirable person named Julio. Since then I have been living a reasonably peaceful life and have attained considerable stability in my personal life. I have two children, both of them are nice and obedient and we all are very happy as a family.

At this point, when I have a peaceful home and have made considerable achievements in life, I want to take a jump and make some significant advancement in my career. As I wrote earlier that I wished to attain high level education but circumstances never allowed me to do so but now I think that I can easily afford to get engaged in educational activities again. My experience as a sales person, as a customer services representative and even as a dancer, led me to the conclusion that good education is necessary to make advancement in the career and to make some good achievements. Throughout my career, I have been working too hard and was considered as one of the best and most productive employees. However, at many instances my lack of educational qualifications hindered me from availing some good career advancement opportunities. Moreover, I personally feel that my chances of getting a promotion or a further boost in my salary are bleak if I remained stick to the same level of qualification. Increasing my educational qualification is also necessary from the point of view of grooming my personally and to develop a better understanding of business, economic and social issues.

I plan to graduate from a good school and to start my career in business administration as a manager. In this regard, I am interested in an education, which has a focus towards business, management and other related issues. I foresee myself as a senior management individual or a successful entrepreneur and for this purpose I feel good education is necessary. To attain a senior level position in any good organization or to build up your own business, one needs to have a sound knowledge of business and economic issues, should possess excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills and should be knowledgeable enough to handle all kind of situations. With higher-level education, I will be able to effectively plan my career and will easily convince my seniors that I am eligible for further promotions and career advancements.
 

Finally, I would like to add that difficulties in life forced me to work harder and harder, which resulted in the form of exceptional rewards. This experience has convinced me to keep working hard so that I could make my life more pleasurable and peaceful. Moreover, I want to bring more and more convenience to my children and to shelter them from all those miseries and disappointments from which I have gone through. I also plan to start my own business and I personally feel that a strong educational background is necessary to be a successful businessperson. In the concluding lines, I will like to say that working hard is not enough to be successful in life. One should also strive to work smart meaning that he or she should plan his or her career according to the opportunities he or she has and the challenges that he or she is facing.
